Biz Voice Bots LLC sends transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups) and promotional messages (special offers, discounts, service announcements) via SMS.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “Subscriber,” or “you”) and BizVoiceBots (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our AI voice receptionist services, website, and related offerings. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

BizVoiceBots provides AI-powered voice receptionist and chatbot services for local businesses, including:

Automated call answering and routing powered by AI

Appointment scheduling and management integrated with your calendar

Caller inquiry handling using customized knowledge bases

Follow-up actions such as SMS confirmations and lead capture

AI chatbot interfaces for website and messaging platforms

Services are delivered through third-party infrastructure including Twilio, GoHighLevel, and related platforms.

3. Subscription and Pricing

3.1 Plans and Fees

Service tiers and pricing are published on our website and may be updated periodically. Your specific plan, pricing, and billing terms are confirmed at the time of enrollment.

3.2 Trial Period

New subscribers receive a 7-day trial period beginning on the date of enrollment. A non-refundable setup fee of $1.00 is charged at enrollment. If you do not cancel before Day 8, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your selected payment method will be charged the applicable monthly fee.

3.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed via the payment method on file. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The $1.00 setup fee is non-refundable. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete business information for AI receptionist configuration

Ensure your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, including call recording and disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction

Inform callers and website visitors when they are interacting with an AI system, as required by applicable law

Maintain a valid payment method on file

Not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose

Review and approve AI receptionist prompts and knowledge base content for accuracy

5. AI Disclaimer

BizVoiceBots uses artificial intelligence technology to handle calls and messages. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, AI systems may occasionally produce errors, misunderstand callers, or provide imperfect responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI responses are generated based on the information and instructions you provide

We do not guarantee that AI interactions will be error-free or meet every caller’s expectations

You are responsible for reviewing AI performance and reporting issues for correction

BizVoiceBots is not liable for business decisions made by callers based on AI responses

6. Data Ownership and Usage

6.1 Client Data

You retain ownership of all business data, caller information, and content you provide to us. We process this data solely to deliver the contracted services.

6.2 Call Data

Call recordings, transcripts, and metadata generated through the service are accessible to you through your account dashboard. We may use anonymized and aggregated call data to improve our AI systems and service quality.

6.3 Data Portability

Upon termination of your subscription, you may request an export of your data. We will provide the requested data within 30 days, after which we reserve the right to delete it from our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

BizVoiceBots retains all intellectual property rights in our AI technology, prompts, systems, workflows, and platform. Client-specific knowledge bases and configurations are considered client property.

8. Uptime and Service Levels

We aim to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, platform outages (Twilio, GoHighLevel), or circumstances beyond our control. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizVoiceBots’ total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BizVoiceBots and its owners, employees, and contractors from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, content or information you provide, or your failure to comply with applicable laws regarding call recording, AI disclosure, or consumer protection.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BizVoiceBots services to:

Make or receive calls for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Harass, threaten, or deceive callers

Impersonate any person or entity

Collect sensitive information (credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records) through the AI receptionist without appropriate safeguards and compliance

Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without written authorization

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited uses, or fail to maintain payment. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for prepaid fees.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

14. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and BizVoiceBots and supersede all prior understandings.
